As we go through our daily life we sometimes run into negativity. This can come from people around you, but if you investigate your own thoughts, sometimes they come from your mind. It’s easy to get in a rut when your mind heads in a negative direction. Meditation is a great way to move us into the neutral mind and bring win-win solutions to our situations.
Doing a daily sadhana (practice) is important to help you move forward in life and to adjust to life by acting rather than reacting. Occasionally we may have a personal practice that just doesn’t seem to be enough. That’s when group sadhana brings added energy to your practice as you share the vibration in a room or in the case of the Spirit Voyage global sadhanas, with the world.
The new sadhana starting on August 8th, 2012 is a wonderful way to remove negativity and anger from yourself and to bring love into your life with a positive affirmation. Sometimes when we surround ourselves with negativity we find it hard to accept the love we deserve in its place, but we are all deserving of love, so go out there an meditate!
Sharing the energy in this group helps you to increase the effect of your meditation and thus bring about larger shifts within as the global group supports your efforts. It’s wonderful to feel the support of everyone around the globe even if we can’t always meet and practice together.
