You could always do the meditation after tuning in and skip the warm-ups, but I recommend trying it at least once with the warm-ups so you can experience the difference. One of the main benefits of yoga is to prepare the body for meditation and the warm-ups are a great way to do this if you don’t have time for a full kriya.
