Someone recently asked me about the breathing techniques on these videos and mentioned having trouble getting to sleep. The tips I gave him worked so well I felt inspired to share some of them with you.
Sleep can be difficult for many of us at different times in our life depending on our emotional life, our mental life, our eating habits and so on. Watching television and spending time with electronic devices can disrupt our natural circadian rhythms. These simple tips and practices can help you overcome some of these challenges so you can feel refreshed during the day and wake up feeling wonderful each morning.
