This Kundalini Yoga kriya full set helps to build balance in the body through standing postures while also strengthening and balancing the spine. The Kirtan Kriya meditation will help to balance the hemispheres of the brain to create a sense of clarity and peace. This also works on the arcline. It is a meditation taught by Yogi Bhajan who stated that if we forgot all other meditations, we should remember how to practice this one. Recorded during a 2014 art and yoga workshop in Austin.
