Here’s a lovely kriya to get your heart pumping. This Kundalini Yoga set will work the whole body to get you moving. We expand the lung capacity and get a full workout with this video. I wanted to share this video with you because it’s been so popular on Youtube (almost 2,000 views). It was recorded over a year ago, but if you haven’t seen it, it’s definitely worth a look if you’re in the mood for a boost to the heart center. Some of the postures are challenging, but keep going and you’ll make it through!
The meditation at the end is to challenge the ego within you. This breath meditation will also challenge your lung capacity and help you expand it. If you have any blood pressure issues, take care with any postures where the head is bent down below the heart or at anytime where the breath is held.
